A colourful Kuala Lumpur

Lately, rajin pulak ronda-ronda Kuala Lumpur. Either to settle some commitments or survey-survey barang-barang yang patut dibeli. After determine kat mana nak beli, then only we will bring our 6 children to the place.

Last Saturday, had the chance to go to Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman a.k.a Jalan TAR. Pasar Malam Jln TAR is also on Saturday. Drop by P.Lal Store, Sharafali to look out for some baju-baju pakaian musim Sejuk. Quite expensive. Then to Mydin, and last2 ronda Pasar malam. I just love being in Jalan TAR. Macam-macam ada and brings back the memory lane.

It was full of colours. You can see all kinds of faces, various kind of food, dan macam-macam lagi. I used to remember how much I like the food at the upper level of Globe Silk Store. Tapi, sekarang ni Globe tu dah macam nak tutup. Tapi, the ever unforgetable food is nasi beriani Insaf. Harga sepinggan sekarang dah RM 9. Quite ridiculous tapi, sekali sekala makan jugak-lah. Apa nak buat, old time favourite.

The Nasi Kandar along Jln TAR is also not to missed. Either depan Sogo, or di celah-celah Kedai carpet, The Ibramsa Nasi Kandar. Mahal tak patut, a plain nasi with 2 pieces of small daging and kuah campur will cost you RM 7, almost the price of a nasi beriani.

Nak beli kain, tudung murah-murah, you can always go through the Arkid. As cheap as 3 pieces RM 50. Nak solat, you can always go to Masjid India and don't be surprised if while solat, you will suddenly heard azan at 5.30 pm. Bazar Masjid India is also competing the Petaling Street. You can get all sorts of 'branded' bags, watches etc. It is definately full of colours.
