Perjumpaan dengan supervisor selesai sudah Jumaat lalu. Minggu ini katanya harap berjumpa lagi. Aduh... My algorithm is not up to the par to beat the world best known result. Another aduh..!!

Nak je cakap,

Prof,

"You mean I have to beat Dorigo's result? C'mon, he's the creator of the algo. Who am I? bla..bla.."

Tapi, tak terkeluar pulak ayat-ayat tu. Mengadu dengan rakan-rakan seofis. Camille, si Arab Peranchis yang hampir 5 tahun bertapa di ofis ni berkata, "Well, your life has just begun". Matthew si Mamat British senyih-senyih paksa menyedapkan hati saya.

Satu buku yang menarik saya jumpa di car boot dengan harga 30 pence - 'Why men don't listen and women can't read maps' mengatakan kenapa "Stressed women talk", Ianya kerana women's speech function is activated and she starts talking, often non-stop. She talks about present problems, past problems, possible problems and problems that have no solution. When she talks, no solutions are sought as she receives comfort and relief from the process of talking. Her talk is unstructured and several subjects can be discussed at ay one time with no conclusions being reached.
So, when you see a woman talking, need not do anything. She just found the solutions herself.

Amboi, murahnya buku tu...

BTW, I tak tergolong dlm category "Stressed Woman Talk" ni. My hubby yg jadi sole breadwinner, he has more stress. So adil rasanya I allow him to do all the talking/ complaining.

i prefer to keep quite kalau stress and keep my self away from everybody.Otherwise, naya la org disekeliling...ehehehe

mamamia,

Murah buku-buku di sini. Di car boot-lah. Actually I don't really talk much kalau stress. Prefer to keep quiet tapi, kadang-kadang need to discuss jugak dgn colleagues.

mimi amilia,

So, that book does not reflect to all women. Akak pun kalau stress malas nak cakap banyak. Dah lah letih stress, nak tambah letih kalau bercakap. Women who talk much have lots of energy.

Epelijau,

Yup, akak kat FTMSK. You kat mana? Supervisor okay cuma expectation tinggi. Biasa-lah tu... Untuk kebaikan kita jugak.

nur,

Terima kasih. Kalau stress cakap sikit-sikit saja cuma kalau geram kat orang yg cakap banyak jugak.

idham,

Bagus kalau dapat divert the stress to something yang baik mcm tu.

Stressed Woman Talk...buku yg menarik tu...Tapi, mcm kawan2 lain cakap le..it's not applicable to all women...and it depends on situation. Ada la masanya kita suka bercakap bila stress..But, sometimes...prefer to be quiet...

eh..i need that book. My wife cannot stop talking..serious.

amar_kun,

Akak belum lagi sampai Leeds. Hopefully dapat sampai satu hari nanti.

dalilawati,

Yah, buku ni tak reflect semua kaum perempuan. Dan tak semua woman can't read maps. I am a better map reader than my husband. Ya-lah..kena-lah sebab co-pilot kan??

Adiejin,

Turn your wife's talking to music to your ears... InsyAllah kalau I jumpa lagi buku tu kat car boot, I beli-kan utk you.
